I was floundering with my little business when I came across Kerry! My pricing was ridiculous, and I had no idea how to change – I certainly did not have the courage! As for approaching and creating a proposal for couples … say, what? Oh, my word! Kerry is the most encouraging and reassuring coach! Her systems are logical, easy to put in place, and the resources and knowledge she willingly shares are brilliant. I have learnt so much – and look forward to learning more!

Just wanted to say a big thank you Kerry for my 1:1 session yesterday. Has really helped me bring some focus back to the wedding floristry side of my business. I had been shying away from the floristry side a bit and getting stuck about where to go next.

It was a fantastic session. We went through my plans and Kerry helped me break down my problems (like how to focus the two separate sides of my business), how to make sure I’m targeting the right people, and then we did a deep dive into how to plan and manage my costs. I still have a lot to do, but talking it all through has helped me work out where I need to go next, I came out feeling very positive with a list of things I can do now and things I can plan for later. Still really buzzing about it all today!

I felt like I had got stuck in a bit of a rut with my floristry business before meeting Kerry. I’d reached a point where I desperately wanting to make a change and upscale, but I had no idea how. I signed up for 1 to 1 coaching and it completely transformed my mindset and gave me a brand new and much needed focus. I actually ended up deciding to completely rebrand my business and Kerry was there with me every step of the way, making sure that everything I did aligned with my business strategy. I couldn’t be happier with where I am now. I feel more confident about what I do than ever before and also understand what I need to be doing to achieve my business goals. I couldn’t have got to this point without Kerry – thank you so so much!

Thank you for your awesome delivery of the course yesterday.  It was possibly the most mindset altering course I’ve been on.  It’s given me a fire in my belly to make some changes!
