My name is Kerry Ashby and I help budding florists, just like you, to build successful and profitable businesses.
When I first started out as a florist I knew that I had a talent to share with the world but I didn’t know how to find customers or run a floristry business.
I did what I could, posting on Instagram and sharing offers in Facebook groups - and I did get some clients. But they all wanted the world and were only willing to pay budget prices.
Initially, I struggled, giving people discounts and working crazy long hours alongside my day job just to try and make ends meet.
I knew that something had to change or I’d soon be burnt out.
So I took a step back and decided to do things differently. Instead of copying what I saw other florists doing to get customers, I decided to be brave and do things my own way.
By applying the skills and business knowledge I had learned from my previous corporate management career, I was able to bring my own unique style and personality to the industry and grow my floristry business into a strong, stable and profitable career that I love!
